Answers to All Things Puptopia
Early-Bird tickets are $25 and valid for purchase through May 31, 2022.
Regular tickets are $30 and go on sale starting June 1, 2022.
Day-of ticket prices are $35.
Children 10 & under get in for free.
Each ticket includes entry for 1 human and up to 2 leashed dogs.
Great! Each ticket is purchased separately, so just make sure to get an additional ticket for each of your friends!
Unfortunately, there are no refunds, exchanges or exclusions.
Each ticket is valid for only the festival it is purchased for. For example, a ticket for the Austin Puptopia Festival can not be used again for the Dallas Puptopia Festival.
Once you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an email receipt. This is proof of your ticket.
The week of the festival you will receive another email confirmation containing a unique QR code that must be scanned for admission into the festival.
The week of the festival you are planning to attend. It will come separately from your original email receipt.
Just print your tickets with the QR code to show at the gate or show the QR code at the gate with your phone.
For safety and space considerations, we allow a maximum of two dogs FREE/AT NO EXTRA CHARGE for every ticket holder. If you have more than two dogs you'd like to bring to Puptopia Festival, simply purchase an additional ticket for every two pups.
Dogs coming to Puptopia Festival must be currently licensed with proof of Parvo and Rabies vaccinations. You do not need to bring proof with you; if an incident occurs, you must be able to produce proof in a reasonable amount of time. Puppies that are not fully vaccinated should not participate. Check with your veterinarian first. We strongly encourage all participants to follow each city's spay/neuter laws.
Puptopia Festival supports several non-profit organizations in every city we participate in.
A delicious assortment of food and beverages will be available for purchase in our K9 Lounge for both humans and dogs.
For safety reasons, “extend-a-leashes” will NOT be allowed. Dogs must be kept on a regular leash at all times. Leashes should be no more than six feet in length while on the hiking trails.

Other "allowed items" include:
• Empty hydration packs
• Empty Water bottles (plastic or aluminum). For CamelBak type water bottle the max size is 36 oz
• Portable dog water bowls
• Dogs without leashes
• Retractable Leashes
• E-Cigs or Vaping devices
• Folding chairs
• Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)
• Glass containers of any kind
• Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)
• Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)
• Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
Merch orders will be shipped FREE with standard delivery (five to seven business days).
Yes, all Puptopia Festivals are rain or shine. Even if the weather is inclement, the show will go on!
All ticket, merch and food and beverage purchases will be 100% cashless at Puptopia Festival. We will accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We encourage all Puptopia Festival attendees to either print out a copy of their tickets or have their QR codes ready for quick and easy entry into the festival (via email, screenshot photo or Apple wallet). However, if you can not find your tickets or are unable to print them out, you may check in at registration with your name, email and ID used to purchase the tickets.
Yes, all Puptopia Festival attendees will be REQUIRED to have their dog on a leash the entire time they are within the festival grounds, no exceptions. Leashes can only be released while dogs traverse the tunnel section of the Pupformance area.

No problem! You don't need a dog to attend the festival. You will still need to purchase a regular ticket for entry.

No, the Spaw does not include a dog wash.
The Spaw is just for your dog. This is where you can paint your fur friends nails, brush them, give them accessories and massages.

Yes, strollers are allowed for humans and/or for dogs.
